HCAC’s flagship certification courses are unique and pioneering in their respective fields. Delivered in both English and Arabic, these courses combine classroom-based training, a field project, presentations, and a final examination, which participants must successfully complete to obtain certification.
Recertification takes place every two years and requires evidence of continuous professional development in the relevant subject area.
Currently, HCAC offers one face-to-face certification course, designed to equip participants with essential knowledge, skills, and practical tools that support quality improvement and patient safety in healthcare organizations. This year, HCAC launched two new workshops for important topics and advancement in healthcare. The Digital Health workshop will introduce participants to key digital tools and technologies that will enhance healthcare delivery, helping them use data and innovation to improve quality and patient outcomes. While the Resilience in Healthcare workshop will equip participants with essential skills to strengthen healthcare systems, enabling teams to adapt, respond, and maintain safe, high quality care during future challenges.
