Vacancy Announcement (HCAC-3): Project Coordinator
The Health Care Accreditation Council (HCAC) is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to support the implementation of a healthcare project.
This is a project-based role, and the ideal candidate should bring a strong background in nursing or a related healthcare field, with hands-on experience in clinical audit, hospital-based projects, or nursing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project-related activities across key project stakeholders.
- Attend project meetings, workshops, and focus group discussions.
- Organize training sessions for hospital teams.
- Prepare and disseminate regular updates, reports, and documentation to hospital teams and project partners.
- Participate in site visits to monitor hospital-level activities related to the project.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for project implementation.
- Support technical tasks, such as reviewing healthcare terminology in documents, proofreading, and occasional translation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in project coordination within the healthcare sector, preferably in clinical audit, nursing services, or hospital-based programs.
- Previous engagement with governmental health institutions is highly desirable.
Key Skills
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to dynamic project needs.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
