“Subject Matter Experts” Needed
The Health Care Accreditation Council is seeking to recruit the services of qualified Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support a national assessment of public health workforce training programs in Jordan. This assessment involves a structured review of existing programs, with a focus on evaluating workforce competencies, identifying gaps, and aligning with international best practices.
We are specifically seeking experts in:
- Field Epidemiology Training Programs (FETP) (Ref: SME-FETP)
- Rapid Response Teams (RRT) and outbreak response capacity. (Ref: SME-RRT2)
Eligibility criteria:
- Background in public health or a related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant professional experience
Skills & expertise required:
- Demonstrated expertise in field epidemiology, outbreak investigation, and emergency response systems (including RRTs)
- Proven experience in public health workforce development and training program assessment, including competency-based approaches.
- Strong knowledge of public health surveillance systems, data analysis, and evidence-based reporting.
- Ability to conduct gap analyses and develop practical, actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with international standards and best practices in public health and workforce development.
- Strong analytical, report writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
