HCAC-RFQ-BLS-2025-001

The Health Care Accreditation Council (HCAC) is pleased to invite qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the provision of Basic Life Support (BLS) training equipment.

Items Required:

1. AED Trainers with adult and pediatric pads (4 units)
2. Manikins – Family Package (adult, child, and infant) (4 sets)
3. Pocket masks (vendor to propose quantity)
4. Disposable mouthpieces (vendor to propose quantity)
5. Bag-mask devices (vendor to propose quantity)
6. Stopwatches (vendor to propose quantity)
7. Manikin cleaning supplies (vendor to propose quantity)

Quantities for items 3–7 should be proposed based on standard training needs for 4 manikin sets.

Important Notes:

• Vendors must submit product samples for evaluation prior to award.
• Quotations must include itemized pricing, product specifications, delivery timeline, and warranty (if applicable).
• All quotations must be valid for a minimum of 30 days.
• HCAC reserves the right to accept or reject any offer without obligation to justify its decision.
