The Health Care Accreditation Council (HCAC) has announced that its Medical Laboratories Accreditation Standards have been accredited by the ISQua External Evaluation Association (ISQua EEA), following a rigorous and comprehensive external evaluation.

This accreditation reflects HCAC’s ongoing commitment to developing its standards and aligning them with international best practices in healthcare quality and patient safety, ensuring the delivery of accurate, reliable, and high-quality laboratory services.

The accreditation is valid from March 2026 through March 2030, reinforcing HCAC’s role in supporting healthcare organizations and enabling them to enhance the quality and reliability of laboratory services, ultimately contributing to improved healthcare outcomes. This achievement further demonstrates HCAC’s dedication to continuous improvement and the advancement of accreditation practices in line with global standards.
