The Health Care Accreditation Council (HCAC) is a not-for-profit organization based in Jordan, established to drive the continuous improvement of the quality and safety of health care facilities, services and programs, and foster patient-centered care through developing internationally accepted standards, capacity building and awarding accreditation in partnership with local and regional stakeholders.

Health Care Accreditation Council (HCAC) is engaging in the USAID Medicines, Technologies, and Pharmaceutical Services (MTaPS) Project, managed by Management Sciences for Health, Inc. (MSH) – to provide a customized version of two of HCAC’s Flagship Certification Courses, and now seeking to recruit an Administrative Coordinator for a three-months limited contract. Administrative Coordinator

The incumbent will:

  1. Perform administrative, coordination, logistics, data collection tasks.
  2. Format training materials as per branding and documents control policy.
  3. Help in creating participants’ accounts on e-jawda and facilitating their registration thereon.
  4. Attend all training session in HCSIP and HCIP courses and daily attendance monitoring and recording.
  5. Administering satisfaction surveys at the end of each technical module
  6. Attend project regular meetings to be oriented on project progression
  7. Assist in creating project reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  8. Handle travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation for project team members.
  9. Ensure venue bookings and logistics for project activities are well-coordinated.
  10. Provide support to trainees and participants throughout the enrollment and completion process of the trainings, and follow up on completing assignments.
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in health or social related fields.
  2. Fluency of Arabic and English language
  3. Excellent organizational skills
  4. Perfect time management and Communication skills
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  6. Dynamic and self-motivated
  7.
