Title: Multimedia Production Services for E-learning Modules on Gender-Based Violence, Domestic Violence, and Child Protection

The Health Care Accreditation Council (HCAC) invites qualified multimedia production companies to submit proposals for the production of a series of digital e-learning modules for healthcare providers, based on scripts and storyboards developed under UNFPA-funded Gender-Based Violence (GBV), domestic violence, and child protection healthcare project implemented by HCAC.

Companies with demonstrated experience in video production, animation and motion graphics, and e-learning content — particularly those with a background in healthcare-related or NGO/UN-funded projects — are encouraged to apply.

Clarifications

Written questions may be submitted to ealfayoumi@hcac.com.jo,  by August 20, 2026, Consolidated responses will be circulated to all bidders who have registered interest.

Submission

Proposals must be submitted in two separate parts – Technical and Financial – in accordance with the instructions set out in the RFP, by email to ealfayoumi@hcac.com.jo. HCAC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to request clarification from any bidder, and to negotiate with the highest-ranked bidder without obligation to award the contract.
