HCAC-WASH-SME-2/G

The Health Care Accreditation Council is seeking to recruit a highly qualified Gender and Inclusion Subject Matter Expert Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist HCAC in its project to support MOH to establish recognitions systems and monitoring and evaluation frameworks for WASH and IPC in healthcare Facilities.   

Duration of the scope: 10 working days

 

Responsibilities:

 Training Module Development: Over a 10-day period, create a gender and inclusion training module, including PowerPoint presentations and detailed manuscripts.

 

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Gender Studies, Sociology, Social Work, Public Health, International Development, or a related field  
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in gender and inclusion.
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering training modules and educational materials.
  • Strong knowledge of international WASH/IPC standards and best practices, including UNICEF guidelines.
  • Experience in designing training materials, PowerPoint presentations and manuscripts.
