Vacancy (HCAC-3): Change Day Coordinator

The Health Care Accreditation Council (HCAC) is seeking to hire a Change Day Coordinator to act as the focal point and coordinate with service providers and all stakeholders to ensure the success of the event.

The goal of the 2024 Change Day is to increase public awareness and engagement among healthcare institutions, healthcare providers, and patients about the importance of a patient safety culture and its impact on the healthcare journey. This initiative aims to help patients become more informed and involved in their own care.

Participation in the 2024 Change Day will involve pledges from health sector workers, who will implement their commitments on the event day.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Securing patronage for the event.
  • Preparing the concept note based on WHO's theme.
  • Developing RFQs for design agencies, social media agencies, and printing companies.
  • Selecting the design agency and initiating work on the campaign slogan and design theme.
  • Preparing printing designs and coordinating their printing.
  • Conducting a photo session for the campaign.
  • Developing and filming a video for campaign promotion.
  • Creating and designing social media content.
  • Updating the Change Day website with new content.
  • Preparing and conducting orientation sessions from August 19 to 22, including dissemination of communication materials.
  • Distributing communication materials to health institutions across Jordan via Aramex according to the plan.
  • Taking pictures of VIP pledges and posting them on social media.
  • Sharing social media posts throughout the campaign period.
  • Planning and organizing HCAC employees' visits to health institutions on Change Day.
  • Preparing and distributing a campaign press release to various media outlets.
  • Preparing and sharing the final campaign results press release.
  • Arranging media interviews with HCAC employees for TV and radio to promote the campaign.
  • Illuminating iconic monuments in orange.
  • Preparing the final report and overseeing its design process.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in managing social media campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Arabic and English.

 

Other Requirements:

  • Report writing and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Perfect time management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
