Development of Clinical Audit KPIs and tools for Women Friendly Healthcare Services Recognition System development Project 

The Health Care Accreditation Council, a non-profit organization based in Jordan, was established to lead comprehensive quality and safety improvements of the healthcare environment, services, governance, and worker performance through providing customized, high-end products with a commitment to sustainable practices and global standards, in partnership with local and regional stakeholders. 

The Health Care Accreditation Council is seeking to recruit the services of a qualified Consultant to develop a clinical audit framework, tools and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Woman Friendly Healthcare Centers (WFHC) in order to check the compliance of healthcare services provided in healthcare centers with WFHC standards and Standards Operating Procedures (SOPs). This activity is part of the “Women Friendly Healthcare Services Recognition System development in Jordan” Project, which aims to advance reproductive and sexual health services provided to women in primary health centers which is funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). 

 

Main tasks required:

  1. Develop a clinical audit framework, tools and KPIs for Woman Friendly Healthcare Services Standards and SOPs.
  2. Develop guide for healthcare centers staff in order to use the clinical audit framework, tools and KPIs.
  3. Attending the taskforce meetings related to clinical audits framework, tools and KPIs, and as needed.
  4. Provide training for healthcare centers staff on clinical audit framework, tools and KPIs.

Interested consultants must provide information indicating why they are qualified to perform the described tasks, including CV and description of similar experience/assignments to hc1vacancy@gmail.com, This includes:

•    Bachelor`s degree in Medicine, or any health-related field (Higher qualification is preferred).
•    Qualified in woman health related topics (qualified by training or experience)
•    Demonstrated experience in clinical audits and tools development. 
•    Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
•    Excellent interpersonal skills.
