Vacancy (FSBS-2): Technical Coordinator

The Health Care Accreditation Council is a not-for-profit organization based in Jordan, specialized in improving quality and safety in health care facilities, services and programs, and fostering patient-centered care through developing internationally accepted standards, developing and implementing quality management systems, building the capacity of administrators and providers as well as awarding accreditation and monitoring compliance.

The Health Care Accreditation Council is seeking to recruit Project’s Technical Coordinator to undertake “First Steps' Big Step-2” two-years project, which is funded by Bernard van Leer Foundation and led by Plan International Jordan. HCAC is partnering with the project in order to develop evidence-based standards for early childhood development services.

Technical Coordinator

The Technical Coordinator will be required to fulfill the following duties:

  • To provide support in technical tasks: writing quarterly reports, conducting literature review, development of training materials.
  • To provide support in administrative tasks: correspondence, events arrangement and logistics, general briefing notes, meetings minutes.
  • To provide support in Monitoring and Evaluation activities: monitoring of project activities and ensuring that the project is being conducted according to the allocated budget and timeline.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in health-related fields.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Report Writing, and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Perfect time management and Communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
