Close-out Plan Development

The Health Care Accreditation Council (HCAC) is seeking a qualified Service Provider to develop a Close-out plan for a USAID- funded Project.
The service provider should have strong experience and knowledge in USAID-Funded Projects, and is required to :

• Outline the close-out plan for the Preparation of Al Bashir Hospitals for Accreditation Activity and identify responsibilities.
• Guide the HCAC in collecting the required evidence and documents.
• Expected Level of Effort is 3 days.
