Jordan’s leading quality and patient safety non-profit organization, the Health Care Accreditation Council, is seeking to recruit a Marketing and Sales Senior Officer, to lead its sales outreach and performance targets. Essential Job Functions include:

• Design, develop and lead implementation of the HCAC sales and marketing plans including market needs analysis, opportunities for new business, target setting and outreach.

• Specifically, design and implement sales action plan including creating outreach content, B2B calls, online marketing and sales as well as institutionalization of successful approaches.

Qualifications & Skills:

• University Bachelor’s Degree business administration (preferably with marketing focus and/or certification or master’s in marketing and sales)

• At least 5 years’ experience in direct sales position (preferably in the health sector)

• Proven record of target setting and achievement

• Proven experience in market penetration and sales improvement

• Strong communication, negotiation, problem solving, and analytical skills

• Excellent in English and Arabic, written and verbal

• Excellent in the use of standard software packages (internet, word-processing, spreadsheet and presentations).
