Breast Imaging Accreditation Preparation Consultant
 

The Health Care Accreditation Council (HCAC) is seeking a qualified candidate to support the preparation of private and public breast imaging units for accreditation based on HCAC Breast Imaging Certification Standards.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• A healthcare professional holding at least a Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology (a higher qualification is preferred) or a Bachelor's degree in Medicine with a specialty in Diagnostic Radiology or another relevant healthcare certification.
• A minimum of 10 years of total work experience, including at least 3 years in BIU-accredited organizations.
• Completion of a certification course in healthcare quality, risk management, leadership, or healthcare management from HCAC or another reputable organization.
• Strong knowledge of Jordan's national breast cancer screening program and its implementation in healthcare systems.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

To obtain certification, selected candidates must adhere to the following requirements:

• Attend all classroom sessions of the consultant training course, commencing in February 2025.
• Successfully complete all required assignments and practical training activities.
• Pass the final written examination.
