What We Can Do For You?

HCAC develops and delivers quality improvement programs in efforts to assist healthcare facilities in meeting and maintaining quality standards through guiding healthcare professionals on how to measure their performance against these standards, and monitor their improvements using our quality improvement methods.

Furthermore, HCAC identifies impediments to improvement and develops strategies to overcome them. For example, HCAC developed a series of flagship courses to improve healthcare professionals in the field of Quality and Patient Safety with the belief that human resources are the most critical element in the quality improvement journey.

As part of a series of dialogues, “Between a Recipient and a Health Care Provider”, the Health Institutions Accreditation Council held its first dialogue for the year 2022 entitled “Let’s be more realistic, the hospital sector.” The session was moderated and presented by Dr. Ali Rajoub, and our distinguished guests participated in it as speakers, Dr. Muhammad Al-Ghazwa, General Manager of Hospital Founding King Abdullah, Dr. Imad Fawzi Abu Yaqeen, Director of Hospitals Department at the Ministry of Health, Dr. Nael Zeidan, Director of Al-Isra Hospital, Brigadier Dr. Hussein Al-Damour, Director of Prince Ali Bin Al-Hussein Hospital, and Mrs. Yusra Abdel Hadi, President of the National Society for Clinical Safety
