Vacancy Announcement (HCAC-4): Project Coordinator-4

The Health Care Accreditation Council (HCAC) is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to support the implementation of a healthcare project with WHO/ Jordan.

This is a project-based role, and the ideal candidate should bring a strong background in healthcare field, with hands-on experience in training management services and primary healthcare centers-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project-related activities across key project stakeholders.
• Attend project meetings, workshops, field visits, and focus group discussions.
• Organize training sessions for primary healthcare centers and Ministry of Health (MOH) teams.
• Prepare and disseminate regular updates, reports, and documentation to project partners.
• Participate in site visits to monitor PHC-level implementation activities related to the project.
• Support technical tasks, such as reviewing mental health and respiratory disease terminology in documents, proofreading, and occasional translation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in project coordination within the healthcare sector, preferably in training coordination and PHC-based programs.
• Previous engagement with mental health or chronic respiratory disease capacity building projects is highly desirable.

Key Skills:

• Excellent organizational and training coordination skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to dynamic project needs.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
