Call for Proposals: HCAC Retreat Facilitation (SME-1-2025)

The Health Care Accreditation Council (HCAC) is seeking a qualified company or individual to facilitate a one-day retreat for our consultation department. The retreat will focus on enhancing skills in Time Management, Emotional Intelligence, and Effective Communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Design and Development:
   • Develop comprehensive training materials and curricula tailored to the needs of the participants.
   • Ensure the content reflects current best practices and is engaging and interactive.

2. Training Delivery:
   • Conduct interactive training sessions using a variety of methods, including workshops, discussions, and role-playing.
   • Facilitate group activities that encourage participation and foster a supportive learning environment.

3. Resource Provision:
   • Provide participants with pertinent information, tools, and guidelines to help them apply the skills learned.
   • Share best practices and case studies that demonstrate effective time management, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in training, facilitation, and capacity-building in relevant fields.
2. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
3. Ability to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
4. Advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
5. TOT certificate is preferred.
