(HCAC-03) Business Development Manager

We are looking for a driven and outward-facing Business Development Manager to lead our growth across the healthcare sector.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and turning connections into tangible business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across public and private healthcare sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Lead the development of proposals, tenders, and client presentations
• Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and industry events
• Contribute to revenue growth by achieving agreed targets and expanding the client base

What We’re Looking For

• 7–9 years of experience in business development or partnerships
• Strong experience in the healthcare sector (required)
• Proven ability to secure business opportunities and build strategic relationships

• Extroverted, confident, and comfortable in client-facing environments
