End of Project Evaluation
Call for Proposals
The Health Care Accreditation Council (HCAC), Jordan’s Quality and Patient Safety non-profit institution is seeking to recruit the services of a qualified Consultant or Firm to undertake the End-of-Project Evaluation for the “Rights Based Quality Improvement for Vulnerable Groups” Project, which is funded by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) through the Civic Initiatives Support Program (CIS) managed by FHI360.
HCAC is soliciting proposals from qualified Consultants or Firms to carry out the Evaluation of the project with the aim to provide an independent, in-depth assessment of the extent to which the project has achieved its intended results.
The successful applicant must have extensive experience in the design and execution of such an evaluation with a positive track record of post implementation reporting and closure. The evaluation is expected to be completed within a timeframe of five (5) weeks from the start of the contract.
The proposal should clearly outline the approach, timeline, deliverables, and the associated financial costs. Prospective contractors will be required to demonstrate relevant credentials and similar previous experience.
Interested Consultants or Firms are invited to pick up the detailed Request for Proposal from the HCAC offices, from the location indicated below, no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 27 December 2017. An electronic copy of the Request for Proposal may also be requested via email by contacting email@example.com.
All hard copy Bids should be submitted to the address indicated below; soft copy Bids may be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org. The deadline for receiving Bid package is 3:00 p.m. Amman local time on Sunday, 21 January 2018.
